Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Nimbus Fashion. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Non-returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
